Custom Read-Only User Profile

The plugin is based on https://community.spiceworks.com/appcenter/app/plugin_1645 which disabled the settings and removed them from the user profile view. I've added a Read-Only option to the settings which stops any changes and effectively turns all the fields into labels. I've also included some CSS that removes the Calendar trigger for the User Start Date
** I've discovered during my testing of various things that in the User Profile window, if linked to Active Directory, it will show the date that user's AD profile was created, not necessarily their start date.
